Hi Mr. Liu, I appreciate that you had me manage some of your company's properties. First of all, I know when you were writing this review, you were angry due to the microwave that you ordered did not fit into the kitchen cabinets. I have arranged 3 different times to have the tenants open the door for the microwave installer even with short notice of less than 24 hours. It's because the microwave was too big, that the installer could not install it. Your review is not accurate. The tenants you talked about actually left me a 5 star review above. I was always available and patient. The tenants got their deposit because I passed on their foreign bank account information and routing information accurately. I manage many properties and all tenants that I managed paid rent on time up to today. Because I took the time to show the properties and screen good tenants to sign the lease with. You decided to use another agent to continue managing your company's properties. That's completely okay with me. I wish you the best.
