I’m very sorry and shocked you feel this way since it seemed to end so well at closing. I listed and marketed your home for only 30 days prior to receiving a VERY strong offer. The first appraisal on the home came in $80k lower than the contract price. I advocated on your behalf to convince the lender to order a second appraisal and supplied comps and several emails to the appraiser to make sure she could account for the value of the home. I thought you would be thrilled that your property sold for the highest price a 2-family in Manchester has sold since 2006! That was due to nothing other than my hard work and expertise. There is a lot that I do for my customers behind the scenes and I certainly worked hard to earn my commission. I apologize your experience was less than you expected. I felt I did a great job guiding you and getting you the highest possible price for your home.
