Ms. Dena Vedder-Nash Contacted me via Zillow to see a home in New Port Richey, not Dunedin on a Sunday May 20th. I responded the following day. Showed her the home & at the end of the showing she informed me that she had 2 dogs and a PET pig but could get with her health care professional to deem the animal a ESA (Emotional Support Animal). She could not supply ESA until 29th. Dena Vedder-Nash did not pay the application fee and did not have a completed app (Pig was still a pet).. I showed to different potential tenant on the 28th, they completed everything immediately & were approv. on the 29th. Acquired an Excellent verified Tenant for 2 years for my client. It is a shame that so many people are abusing ADA and FHA guidelines which only hurts those that really need the systems in place.
