I helped this client obtain temporary housing in a home while pursuing a loan, unfortunately she was unable to qualify. The Seller was looking to sell, not rent and when excuses kept coming in regarding not being approved to purchase in a timely manner, the Seller asked Me to explain to her that she needed to move out. I did everything I could to help. There were never any lies told. She was compensated in free rent for any work done while living in the home. Unfortunately she felt the need to twist her story and make things up as well as leave a untruthful review.
