I am so sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory. We truly strive to create flawless transactions. But, there are times when things are outside our control, and that can be upsetting, especially when inspections and appraisals don't go as one had hoped. Additionally, there are added costs for termite treatment, etc. We did our very best to get you top dollar for your home. The appraisal came in $70,000 below contract price. We negotiated on your behalf and was able to get the buyer to pay $40,000 above appraised value. You would not stop making advances and inappropriate comments towards me. I asked you several times to stop taking my picture, but you continued. Also, Linda asked me to convey her sincere regrets that her conversation with you did not come across as intended. I feel that this review is an unfair based on the fact that the appraisal is out of our control and/or retaliation for declining inappropriate advances. Respectfully, Regina Baldwin
