Ryan grew up in North Bergen to a family of Realtors. He graduated from Rutgers Newark with a Masters in History. For the past ten years, he has been consulting for Hospitality Technology as a Solution Specialist. His focus was to provide solutions for his clients as well as educate them on ways to improve their business. He is hoping to bring his passion for problem solving and quality customer service with him to his efforts at Compass.
