Hi Stephanie. I want to first, thank you for the feedback and secondly, apologize for the inconvenience it had caused you. Our initial conversation, the property was in fact still available and the appointment had been scheduled for you on Saturday. When we had approached your visit, the agent had an emergency at the last minute and we did have to find someone else. By that time, it had gone under contract but since it goes through a few channels to get it updated, I was unaware of the status of the home. While we understand your frustration and the time it took out of your day, I want you to know it was not intentional. We pride ourselves on being prompt and courteous to our clients and we will make sure this doesn't happen again. That said, we would love another opportunity at making it right.
