Did not respond to my inquiry in VA 22042.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsPoor communication and never gave us an exact answers. They took our informations, run our credits, we paid for the application and after few days they told us somebody’s rented.

Hello Maricris, Thank you for submitting your application. We regret that your rental application was not accepted. At the time when you submitted your application, we had multiple other applications that came in a similar time period. The owner needed time to review applications over the weekend. As I mentioned to you before, I represent the owner, therefore I was not able to communicate with you directly but I have been communicating with your real estate agent who represents you.
