I am the second agent who, after having the opportunity to work with Mr Cooper, chose to terminate their agency agreement and walk away from him. I won't share my specific reasons for terminating my agency agreement, in the public forum. I will say this...when a Realtor (let alone two), who is paid solely commission, refuses to work with you, that's not insignificant. I wish Mr Cooper the best in his future endeavors, but they will not involve me.
