This tenant was evicted on Oct 06 2024. She forged all her documents on the application and refused to pay rent after the first month. I entered the property always with a minimum of 24 hours notice both by posting and sending a text. I also always wear a recording device backed up to a cloud server both for my protection and the tenants. The house was left in sub-par condition and had to have extensive work done to make it rent ready.
