    Speranta is kind and fair. Great Landlady. Never bothered me but always supportive when something went wrong, which wasn’t often. The place was as expected: beautiful, clean, and functional.

    Speranta was an excellent landlord, friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit was freshly remodeled, spacious and quiet. I would use her for future rentals anytime.
