Do NOT recommend her at all.

I do no know who this person is on the review. I am currently working with my clients to sell their home with updates that needed to be completed, and reduction in price. We can only recommend list price with very detailed reports comps. Ultimately its the public who decides what they are willing to offer for property. I have always recommended a list price if you don't get activity or less than a couple than this tells us price is to high usually 10% reduction is requested. If you get lots of viewings and no offers than additional 5% reduction is requested. I am suspecting the review came from a buyer of all people represented by another agent and they were upset the client would not accept the offer with lots on contingencies, was not an offer I recommended for my clients no protection of taking property off market for months for a maybe.
