Meet Sydney Hedrick, she was raised in Santa Ynez Valley and has been living in Santa Barbara for 4 years now. She grew up around real estate having a mother who is in the business. She is excited to help people find houses to make their homes! Before real estate, She did lots of work in property management and nannying. Outside of work, you can find her out with my dog or at a soccer game!
