In situations like this—especially on weekends when our showing capacity is limited—we often recommend open houses. That way, you can view properties freely without needing to sign a brokerage agreement, which is required in Maryland before agents show private appointments. I also regret if any of your questions felt unanswered. It certainly wasn’t my intention to be dismissive.
