For the last 20 years Ted has worked as an Executive Director in Senior Living communities. Throughout his time in leadership he had developed some cornerstones (or core values) that he has used to direct his business. They are a customer service focus, attention to details. and lastly the dedication to see things through from the beginning to the end.
