We hoped for the best and were looking forward to seeing this client become a homeowner. The Seller was understanding and extended as long as they could. I was disappointed, as was everyone involved at Trinity Title, the Lender, Listing Broker and The Home Team of America that this deal fell through. Surely none of us were as disappointed as the prospective Buyer, but we hope that in the future he will find the right place to call home.
