Hi Ramona, we're sorry to hear about your experience. You were speaking with our office manager Madeline who was handling our Zillow intake for the week. We always aim to communicate that there is risk in applying and that the application fees are nonrefundable, approval is not guaranteed, and that the landlords consider all aspects of an application. Unfortunately, at the time of your application another group applied and they had stronger credentials and were selected by the landlords before there was an opportunity for you to add a cosigner. Throughout our communication, we did our best to ensure that you were informed of the risk of applying. We're sorry that you were not selected for this unit, but we wish you all the best in your search and would be happy to provide you with your reports from this application to potentially present to apply for other units.
