Tim is originally from Farmingdale and moved to Texas at the age of 17 after graduating high school to take some time off and prepare for college.  After another 17 years in Austin working as a Realtor there, as well as for a technology company, he moved back home to Maine, after finding the perfect old Victorian to restore in Historic Rockland.
