Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Hiram, GA.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsT.J. is friendly, but he gets disinterested if the house doesn't sell quickly. I had to do the bargaining and talking with the seller of my new house. After both closings, he did not show up to, no follow up, phone call or card.

Thank you for your review. I worked with this family for almost 2 years. I did over 10 open houses during the process of selling their property. Which extended over 2 - 3 months. I never became disinterested in their house or the house they purchased. I was very responsive and attentive from the beginning of the process until both houses were sold. I hired the best photographers and listed their property on multiple sites. As far as negotiations go I became a mediator for all parties involved in the transaction. I went beyond the call of duty to get the property under contract and suggested that my client spoke to the owners to iron out any misunderstandings. I’m truly saddened by this response and hope that you truly love your new home.
