I am so sorry you feel that way. I found you an amazing home in two days (dropped everything) since you were only in town for that short period of time. Coordinated with your lender and the selling agent, wrote up an amazing offer that was accepted. I was standing next to you during the entire inspection of the property and made sure everything was taken care of for your closing. During the inspection I told you I would not be able to make the closing where you basically sign everything that was already approved and seen by you and myself, I was a phone call away in case of an emergency. You however took the number of the sellers and spoke directly with them which is very uncommon as agents usually do the talking, not the buyers and sellers. You proceeded to befriend them and their son who was also their agent (and new at the job). I stayed in contact with you, your lender, met you for the walk-through the day before closing, everything was fine, you even gave me a single long-stemmed rose to thank me. Your loan was ready and I mentioned to you I would NOT be at the closing since all seemed fine with house, paperwork, etc. and I had an appointment at that time. It was agreed the selling agent (now your pal) would hand you the keys. I am very disappointed that you would write this a year after closing. It is very clear this is not a fair/honest review since you gave me one star in every category including local knowledge, responsiveness, and negotiation skills which I excel in.
