While I am terribly sorry that you feel I did not represent your best interests a look at the details of the sale may put things more into perspective. List Price: $229,900 Sale Price: $231,000 Days on Market: 4 Closed in: 31 Days When we met the condition was that of a $190,000 - $205,000 home. I discussed multiple options with your husband Nathan. Ultimately, it was agreed that moving first, and a $7,500 - $10,000 investment the home would see a sale price between $220,000 - $230,000. LIVE on the market - 5/9 We had 19 Showings in the first 4 days! Accepted Offer of $231,000 with no Closing Costs, $1500 DD, and $1000 EM with a nearly 30 day close! The option was given to counter terms. The DIY Deck that Nathan improperly installed almost derailed the sale. I was able to negotiate a $1,000 monetary concession vs a $5,000 deck replacement.
