Uche Akpa began his real estate career in 2008 and has been involved in buying and selling distressed properties ever since. He began 2008 as an acquisitions manager for a company in Baltimore MD which is where he stayed through 2010. In 2010 he decided that it was time to set out on his own and create a business for himself. In addition to investing he joined Rutenberg Realty based in Manhattan to become a top producer with the company.
