I am a real estate lawyer.  That's all I do.  That means that when I get your contract, I will personally handle the deal from beginning to end.  I make sure you understand everything you are agreeing to and the benefits or consequences of that agreement.  As a former real estate agent, I appreciate the agent's role and work closely with the agent to make sure our client is happy at the end of the deal.
