We don't know this person and never showed a home to someone by this name. Properties that are in "poor" condition are not shown to prospective tenants until they are in good condition and ready to rent. Our business is located in Virginia, not Alaska. We can't rent to everyone who inquires due to the high standards our owner clients have come to expect, but we do offer explanations and will provide guidance to assist them in their housing search.
