I feel that there is a large difference of opinion here. This home was a foreclosure property. It was assigned to me through a bank asset company. I have no friends or family that work for this out of state company. I requested a Pre qualification numerous times that was not provided.I have more than 6 emails requesting it. That was why I was not at appointment and when they called I went to meet them anyway. The home was being sold as is where is as are all foreclosures.
