I am sorry that you feel your experience with me was as you describe. I pride myself in treating those the way I want to be treated. When you submit an application there is a process that could take some time if we are dealing with issues such as lack of credit and/or rental history. If there was additional money requested I am certain it was to add a co-signer to your application to make you a stronger applicant, so at some point that reflects my willingness to try and help you get an approval. At the end of the day I do not make the final decision the owner does and lack of positive rental history is a major criteria for most landlords. Again I am sorry that you found your experience with me an unpleasant one and I hope you were able to find a place that will help you build rental history.
