Karen Stephens

For years we had a general contracting business, and did real estate part time. We have now moved full time into real estate, which is our passion. We love helping people buy homes, and helping owners renovate their homes so that they can get them sold through equity sharing trusts. As investors, we are always learning more about buying and selling, and enjoy helping people on both sides of that equation.
