Erika, It's unfortunate that you decided to post a factually inaccurate review when you can check your email inbox seeing the communications I have had with you over the last week. First of all, you did not pay the application fee because your application was not first in line for the property so it was not processed and thus you were not charged the application fee. Secondly, in regards to not getting a response, I actually have a detailed email chain showing that I have in fact been in contact with you, most recently as of yesterday, April 15th. As a reminder, I emailed you yesterday morning at 9:17 AM letting you know that I had a qualified tenant lined up for the property and you could check back in with me later in the week to confirm the property had been formally rented if you chose. You replied, "Thank you" at 11:55 AM yesterday which confirms you received my email. Matt

Carmen Martinez (Zillow User:23987374), I am sorry you feel this way. I was explaining to you how all applicants had to be approved and qualified, all occupants had to be listed on the lease agreement, all adults had to be a part of the lease agreement and that you could not sublet the unit. The owner of the property, who was at the showing that day (09/30/2013) and was a part of the conversation, agreed that my response to you was appropriate and professional. Matt
