A Tucson resident since 1967. Interest in a real estate career began while working for a residential and retirement community developer in the 1970's. Obtained Arizona real estate license in 1979, sold my first home on January 1, 1980. Have worked in many facets of the residential real estate industry including home & lot sales, bulk land and subdivision development, executive relocation, retirement communities and most recently, short sales.
