I've been in the real Estate business for a long time.  I'm a Calif Broker as well as Nevada I'm certified as a Short sale expert, Certified Hafa Specialist, I've taken classes in negiations. I also have knowledge of all the new homes in the area. Sometimes they are the best deal in town.  I've been in Reno for almost 10 years and worked for several builders. In the last 3 years I've been doing resale and some Builder business.
