This tenant was behind on their rent, over 3 months. Trying to buy a house and asked the landlord and me to lie on their "rent verification form". They were served notice of eviction.

This is the spouse of the tenant reference above. Again behind on their rent, asking landlord to lie on their rent verification form attempting to get a loan. That constitutes mortgage fraud.
