I don't remember talking to Matt, but I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding. I do consider all applicants including people with ESA pets. I have had a pet screening process in place for several years called petscreening.com which includes screening for ESA pets. Not sure what happened with the communication or qualifications in the discussion. I have so many calls come in when I list a property. I was also dealing with major hurricane damage and loss from storm surge on my property from Helene so it was a stressful time for me. I am a single woman, 62 years old and manage the few rentals I have on my own. I try very hard to provide quality properties and get repairs turned around in a timely manner.

Property managed a Single Family home I rent in Palmetto park, Saint petersburg, FL.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityUnfortunately, I have now found out that Nancy charged me for repairs that she never fixed from the money she kept from my security deposit. I have confirmation from the tenants that moved in after me that the items were still broken when they moved ...Response from Nancy Dinucci on 7/25/2025
What this person does not disclose is that I deducted only $140 out of their security deposit of $3500 for repairs I did fix. I charged less than I should have. I received a long scathing letter from them including a comment that I should have been concentrating more on my dying mother rather than trying to re-rent my property. This reference was because she was uncooperative with showings to get property re-rented, causing a great deal of stress for me in an already stressful time. She contacted me at least twice a day for 2-3 weeks by text initially and then by email when I blocked her never-ending inappropriate texts. I did provide pictures via email which my attorney later advised I was not required to do. I finally contacted my attorney after putting up with this and interacting with her for far too long and my attorney advised me that I did not need to respond to any of this so I wasted way too much time and energy on this. Because this tenant did not win and get her $140 back after this oddly hostile behavior, she felt the need to write this bad review. The weird thing is that at move-out she left me a letter saying how much she enjoyed living there. That all changed over $140.
