I do recall showing an apartment in Shelton to someone who did change her mind after agreeing to take the apartment and submitting an application which included an authorization for a credit report to be pulled. I also recall attempting to deliver the credit report however there was no one at the home when I arrived. I was not comfortable leaving this information other than in hand. Credit report fees are paid to a company and not something that I do not personally charge for. These fees are non refundable. Please feel free to contact me and I will retrieve my file and your application. If your application has not yet been shred I will provide you with a copy for your records. It is unfortunate that you did not call me since I would have provided this to you.
