This review is based of emotions not facts . The buyer referred two people to me the day we close and I have since been in contact with both referrals . The buyer expressed how happy and her family was posed for a picture I took with her family on closing day in front of her new property . I shared it on my Instagram page. Since closing the buyer have found out some temporary issues with the property and now faults me as well her attorney and others in the transaction . This property was listed as As IS and she was informed about it. In my 7 years experience and I have sold several AS IS properties the buyers have the funds or funding in place to fix any minor or major issues that may come up. I asked that this buyer speak the truth and not make false accusations . She referred to me as her "Realtor" and now because she is having a setback she continues to attack my work ethic. The buyer have also texted and sent emails to two mortgage reps slandering me
