We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Richmond, VALocal knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI found Mr. Brockenbrough very unhelpful. The tone in his emails seemed condescending and rude. He was also not flexible nor did he seem to care about the property/potential tenant.

Thank you for your feedback, but I cannot help someone in your situation until you work on your credit history. There is no point looking at houses until you can qualify for a loan. Feel free to call or email if you'd like help with that.
