We thank you for the review, and we wish you all the success in the world with your home search. Yes, you are right. When you first sent us an email, we did indeed not know who you were, and what it was all about. Only when we matched up your email on our client's base, we then realized it was connected with an offer that you presented earlier with another Realtor you were working with named Joe. We later learned that you cut your professional ties with Joe and decided to come directly to us, the Listing Agent. Fortunately, for Joe, we are very decent and posses a high level of morality. It is possible that without meaning to, we may have been less than courteous to you and for that we do sincerely apologize and it is not our way. It is not common practice for Buyers to present an offer (which by the way was never accepted) through another Realtor, and than change course and go directly to the Listing Agent. That for us is a "red flag". As we will never do onto others, as we will do onto ourselves.
