It was very discouraging to read Scott's review of my services. I met Scott through his wife Jen, who worked at a senior living community, where I did volunteer work, by hosting arts & crafts classes and bringing pets from the BVSPCA for pet therapy with the residents. I also helped Jen & Scott adopt a puppy from the BVSPCA. I found Scott a multi unit investment property and he indicated that he would be paying cash. When it came time to write up his offer, he refused to provide me proof of funds to support his offer. There were multiple offers and I explained to him that we could not submit the offer without the proof of funds. He became very irate and threated to call another agent to write the offer. In the end, he did provide the proof of funds and I was able to get the property for him and beat out other offers. I hope at some point, Scott will come to appreciate my hard work.
