At the time of their sale / closing , the Fevola’s home was a RECORD HIGH sale for their particular model /floor plan. No one could have predicted the hyper market value surge in the months following and truthfully out of 650 plus homes sold in our 22 years of sales , these sellers were difficult to make happy with any of our efforts even with those in their favor. In regards to our negotiation skills , we negotiated a RECORD selling price for the sellers’ home PLUS 2 months of FREE rent allowing them to stay after closing. We agree the transaction was difficult but it was very much out of our control. We cannot control personalities.
