The information in this review isn't correct. The property was listed at 5% and the seller was told if we got a buyer without representation that I would only charge 3%. We did get an offer without representation and it would have only been 3% however buyer's financing fell through. The next offer did have an agent, and at closing the seller was charged exactly what was on the listing contract. I always answer/ return calls in a timely manner however, I work with many families and when you can't count on the language or temper of a caller, you must wait until you are alone to return those calls. In addition, the seller was low on funds and when the ac went out, I paid for the repair up front so the seller wouldn't be in a condo without air conditioning until closing or that we would lose the offer. I'm sorry this seller was unhappy but I work very hard for my customers and try to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
