ACCE is researching the costs of foreclosure on municipal and county budgets. Using ZIP code-level Zillow Home Value Index data  as well as Zillow’s Q1 negative equity data, ACCE projects loss in property tax revenue due to foreclosures, and estimates the potential stimulus-effects of mortgage write-downs.
