A study that examines the determinants of foreclosure at the metropolitan level.  The University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire used Zillow’s Home Price Index and Homes Foreclosed series to examine the relative contributions of house price dynamics to foreclosure rates for metropolitan areas.  Not yet published.
