The Flex Connection Planning Framework
The connection planning framework serves as Zillow’s incentive structure for Flex Partners. This methodology aims to reward top performing partners with a greater share of connections. The connection planning framework is unique to the Flex market that partners are located in:
Core Markets
Partners located in our Core Markets will receive a monthly connection plan based on attainment of your % to Logged Transaction Target for the last 6 months. Your Growth Advisor will review the connection plan with you during your Strategic Business Review or via email.
Enhanced Markets
In Enhanced Markets, we’ll enable customers and partners with some of the most innovative products, integrated solutions, and dedicated support that we have to offer.
Partners located in our Enhanced Markets will be measured on both % to Logged Transaction Target Last 6 Months and Engaged Transfer Rate Last 3 Months. These performance metrics will influence your monthly connection volume and Flex eligibility.
IMPORTANT: Partners in both Core and Enhanced Markets must also maintain a Green or Yellow Operational Health Rating in order to be eligible for an increase in connection volume. Partners with a Red Operational Health Rating may see a decrease in connection volume and are also at risk for Disengagement.
