Seller Connections Standards
The Seller Connections Standards consist of key performance metrics and requirements for participating agents that ensure we’re helping sellers successfully meet their goals.
These metrics apply to those partners enrolled to receive seller connections from Zillow. You must maintain these standards in order to be eligible for connections. If you are unsure if these standards apply to you, please contact your Zillow Advisor.
- Showcase Rate
Performance Standard: 90% (over the last three-month period)
Definition: The % of listings from seller connections that use Showcase
- Signed Listing Agreement
Performance Standard: 7% (over the last six-month period)
Definition: The % of inbox and live transfer seller connections received that successfully convert to a signed listing agreement and are accurately indicated via Premier Agent app contact status update.
- Seller Connections Course Completion Requirement
To ensure all partners are set up for success and are prepared to meet program standards, Zillow requires that at least 80% of agent team members on teams receiving seller connections complete the “Intro to Seller Connections” course on Zillow Academy.

This training ensures your team is prepared to deliver a high-quality experience to sellers and helps align partners with the latest program standards.
- What happens if your team does not meet the requirement?
Teams that do not reach the 80% threshold by the deadline may have their seller connection volume limited or expansion paused until the requirement is met.
- How to track your team’s progress
You will receive progress updates and reminders from Zillow Academy and your Zillow Advisor. If you have questions or need support, please reach out to your Advisor.
The performance metrics measured for seller connections are based on data we receive from you through the Zillow Premier Agent app or our integration with industry-leading third-party CRM providers that reflect how our strongest performing partners are finding success.
