Awesome location that is walkable to 3 grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods), CVS, and bars and restaurants on Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose. October 1st move in date. I am a 30 year old girl who is super tidy and considerate. I don't have a lot of people over and I'm pretty chill, quiet and easy to get along with.
