Outside is a wrap-around porch and tons of outdoor space - including BBQ, large expanses of lawn with an outdoor eating area with umbrella, and gorgeous maple, redwood, and Doug fir trees as well as beautiful flowers. This is a super comfortable home with tasteful antique accent pieces and gorgeous artwork. House has an inside staircase so may NOT be suitable for small children as we do not have any gates, and the property is not completely fenced. Electricity, water, high-speed internet, trash, and streaming service charges will all be covered for $200 charge. Streaming services include: Hulu, HBO, Apple TV, NetFlix, PBS, and Disney Plus. A one-time cleaning fee of $200 will also be charged. All fees must be paid in advance of move -in date. There is plenty of parking area in our driveway. No pets, no smoking.
