This property sits just steps from the sandy beach of Treasure Island, it comes FURNISHED and is available for a minimum of 6 months. The price reflects a 12 month lease, the shorter the lease term, the higher the rate. This property does not include the back house, only the main home. If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $50 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. There is also a $100.00 Lease Admin Fee due with the Security Deposit and non-refundable pet fee if applicable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply.
