The Club us a social organization by a group of Drum Point Property owners whose dedication was to conserve and preserve the community's natural beauty and assets for its residents and for future generations and to enjoy peaceful recreational pursuits. Recreational pursuits include fishing & special events. The Club House may be rented for private parties, weddings, etc. Each year, the Club and DPPOA will jointly sponsor a "Drum Point Day" social for all residents. Any resident who is a property owner in Drum Point may join the Club for modest fees and a one-time cost of $250.00 and a $25.00 transfer fee for (1) voting right plus annual dues thereafter (currently $150.00).
