I can provide detailed information about physical accessibility for wheelchair or other mobility needs upon request (including specific measurements), and rent may be negotiable if basement and attic spaces are not accessible to you. I have strong advocacy skills and resource connections and am willing to make access changes to fit your needs. I can also provide detailed information about public transit options. Location: north central metro, 6 miles up Rice street from the capital. .25 miles from two bus lines. If you'd just like to rent an office space, storage space (for low-chemical/scent belongings) or to using the recording space in the attic, that can be negotiated!
