Currently has a king size bed in one bedroom and in the other bedroom a big bunk bed holding 2 queen mattresses. The photos in this ad are not current. They are from redfin when I bought the house 3 years ago and the unit was staged for these photos. Unit is currently occupied. Utilities charge is $200 per month, so you would pay total $2,300 per month. Prior to move in you will pay first month, last month and $1,500 refundable security deposit.
