Open it and you’ll find your newsfeed: a new feature that keeps you in the know with everything new in the Zillow Premier Agent world, from why we're refreshing our brand to tips on how to win with connections.

Tap into more game-changing features

In case you haven’t explored the app lately, here are more highlights:

Gain greater client insights with My Agent and show them homes you know they’ll love. The feature allows you to view which homes your clients have viewed, saved and searched for on our network of sites in the past 30 days. Simply open their contact record in the app, and you’ll be able to tap into their activity. Even better, improved contact filtering options make it easy to identify who you have active My Agent relationships with — and which you might want to extend.

Home recommendations powered by artificial intelligence allow you to help clients shop for homes with ease. From the app, click on the “attach home” icon from one of your text threads. Review suggested listings based on that client’s unique home-search activity, add a personalized message and tap send. And as an added bonus, exchanging texts through the app will keep My Agent relationships with those clients active. Every time there’s a back-and-forth exchange, the My Agent relationship extends for 30 days.

Streamline the closing process with dotloop, the leading document management solution for real estate. When it's time to close a deal, the dotloop integration makes it easy to get paperwork moving, right from the app. Simply connect your Zillow Premier Agent account with a dotloop account, and you’ll be able to share contact information and access saved templates.
